At Air Power s.r.o., I am responsible for leading the assembly team and ensuring the smooth operation of the assembly process for our products. Every day, we handle technical details, coordinate work, and oversee quality. Our goal is for every product to leave the workshop in top condition – matching both the design and reality.
I enjoy this job because it combines practical skills, team organization, and technical thinking. I stay in touch with all parts of production and often find quick solutions right “in the field.” I like being involved in every step – from planning to the finished product.
Assembly is not routine. Every day is different. And that’s exactly what I enjoy the most about it.

Process Engineer
"I’ve learned everything on the go – I take opportunities one after another."
I originally joined the company for a six-month internship in the testing and final inspection of platforms. I believe that even these experiences, despite not having complete formal education in the field, helped me eventually secure the position of Process Engineer. Currently, I am responsible for ensuring the smoothest possible assembly, simplifying production, and especially introducing new projects into the company’s portfolio.
I know that every change and idea I bring has a real impact on the people on the production lines, making their work easier, so I strive to approach them very carefully. My reward is the friendly and very funny team around me. From my position, I see that Air Power s.r.o. is truly a company that isn’t afraid to give young people the chance to grow.
Jan Stádník
Head of Operational Purchasing
“Every day, my team and I look for ways to manage purchasing smartly and on time.”
As the Head of Operational Purchasing, I am responsible not only for ensuring the daily supply of materials for production but also for leading five great colleagues whom I can fully rely on. Together, we tackle challenges, find quick and effective solutions, and make sure production runs without unnecessary delays.
I enjoy that this job is never monotonous – each day brings new tasks, opportunities for improvement, and a chance to show that we are a reliable team working toward the same goal.

As an Operational Buyer, I am responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts arrive on time so production can run without delays. I collaborate with many international partners and believe that strong and honest relationships are the foundation of great cooperation.
My job is about constantly monitoring details, reacting quickly, and being able to communicate effectively in every situation. It’s full of excitement, leaving no room for routine – and that’s exactly what keeps me enjoying it, even after ten years.

I’ve been working in production right after school – and I’ve stayed with compressors and generators ever since. It’s important to meet production targets and adapt to what the customer needs. Production work isn’t just about strength; it’s also about precision, thinking, and teamwork. I’m glad to do something meaningful and to see how what we make actually works out in the world.
Sitting at a computer all day isn’t for me. I prefer to move around, work with my hands, and be part of a team where every step matters. Production has its own rhythm – and I’m a part of it.

Warehouse Worker
“The warehouse is never asleep – everything has to be where it should be, and on time.”
Logistics is always on the move. In our warehouse, I work with twenty colleagues, and every day we make sure that all necessary parts are in the right place at the right time. We receive new deliveries, prepare dispatches, and update data in the system.
Our work is the foundation for smooth assembly – when the warehouse runs well, production flows. Without logistics, the whole process couldn’t work.
